Refund policy

 

You can return your unwanted and unworn items to us within 14 days for a refund. Unfortunately we do not offer free returns at this stage and cannot refund any postage fees. Please take care when trying on your items unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that are marked with fake tan, make up or any perfume or body lotions etc. All items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached.

 Vouchers 

All vouchers are to be used within 90 days from the date of issue.

 

Sale items cannot be returned.

Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns note/form inside with an order number & name for us to be able to process.

Please return using tracked/signed for and ask for proof of postage receipt from the post office, as we will not be responsible for any lost items and will be unable to help further.

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 14 days for your return to be to processed please do not contact us before this time has passed you will receive an email confirming your refund or exchange once processed please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
